2.Product Overview:Intelligent constant pressure water supply equipment is a new type of energy-saving water supply equipment. The intelligent constant pressure water supply equipment is a high-tech energy-saving water supply device that utilizes the most advanced microcomputer control technology today, combining a frequency converter with a motor and water pump. The intelligent constant pressure water supply equipment takes the water pressure at the outlet of the water pump (or the user's water flow rate) as the set parameter, and automatically controls the output frequency of the frequency converter through a microcomputer to adjust the speed of the water pump motor, achieving closed-loop adjustment of the user's pipeline water pressure, so that the water supply system automatically stabilizes at the set pressure value: that is, as the water consumption increases, the frequency increases, and the water pump speed accelerates; When the water consumption decreases, the frequency decreases and the water pump speed slows down. This ensures that the entire user network has sufficient water pressure (consistent with the pressure set by the user) and water volume (varying with the user's water usage) at all times.
3.Product features:
(1) No negative pressure: The system is directly connected to the municipal water supply network for water intake and pressurized operation, which will not cause negative pressure in the municipal water supply network;
(2) Pressure setting: By adjusting the allowable pressure control valve, the allowable suction pressure of the municipal water supply network can be set;
(3) Pressure borrowing (or stacking): When the allowable suction pressure and flow rate are exceeded, pressure can be increased on the basis of the water supply network pressure. Compared to sucking water from a regular reservoir, it can reduce the number of water pumps or (and) lower the speed to achieve energy-saving goals during operation;
(4) Variable frequency constant pressure: In real-time, sensors monitor outlet pressure, and the system compares this with the desired set point to determine the operation of motor and pump sets. It adjusts the frequency converter's output (which affects motor and pump speed) to match water demand and maintain a constant pressure;
(5) No noise: Adopting modern design concepts and fully considering the requirements of modern people for the environment, a silent dedicated frequency converter is selected, and noise reduction design methods are used, so the system can operate ultra quietly;
(6) Power outage and continuous water supply: When the power supply line is cut off, the system uses methods such as BY PASS to achieve power outage and continuous water supply, that is, the system automatically switches to municipal tap water pressure supply during power outage;
(7) High degree of automation: The system offers full automation, including features like manual/automatic mode switching, timed rotation of primary and secondary pumps, pressure regulation, constant pressure maintenance, voltage protection (both high and low), phase imbalance protection, leak detection, overload safeguard, overtemperature prevention, water shortage alert, leak compensation, dry-run prevention, and emergency stop functions. Additionally, the human-machine interface can be configured according to user needs for visual remote adjustment, monitoring, and maintenance.
