COD degrading bacterial agents

1.Product Introduction： The COD degrading bacterial agent series is a microecological preparation developed for the removal of organic COD, composed of multiple bacteria and enzymes. It can be used for wastewater from different industries, with a wide range of application areas, high efficiency, and strong ability to remove organic COD. It is a broad-spectrum and universal product. Directly adding to the inlet of the biochemical tank can effectively improve the removal rate of BOD and COD, and increase the system's impact resistance.

2.Product ingredients：Bacillus subtilis, biological enzymes, and nutrients.

3.Product characteristics and specifications： Barreled, powder, net weight of 10kg, effective functional bacterial count of 10 billion CFU/g.

4.Usage and dosage：

(1) Add 50-200ppm according to the effective pool capacity, and consider the situation of the biochemical system as appropriate;

(2) PH=6-9, the best effect is achieved when approaching 7;

(3) 12-40 ℃, for every 10 ℃ increase in temperature, the value-added rate doubles; When the temperature is ≤ 5 ℃, the activity will be very low;

(4) Dissolved oxygen (DO): 2-4mg/L;

(5) Sludge concentration (mlss) ≥ 2000mg/L, SVI=70-120.Storage method.

5.Storage method: Sealed and stored in a cool, dry place below 25 ℃, with a shelf life of 2 years.

6.matters needing attention：Avoid inhalation or skin contact. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with soap and water. Cannot be used together with antibacterial agents, acids, bases, or other substances that are toxic to microorganisms.
