Oil removal bacterial agent

1.Product Introduction：The oil removal bacterial agent is a microecological preparation selected from nature and independently developed for the removal of hydrocarbons and other oily substances. It can decompose oils and fatty hydrocarbons in a targeted manner, quickly eliminate surface oil in water, relieve the inhibition of oil on sewage activated sludge, and improve the overall COD removal efficiency of the system. Mainly used for starting sewage aerobic systems and improving biochemical efficiency. It can also be used for ecological restoration and treatment of oily soil. Selected special microorganisms can gradually oxidize hydrocarbons into more easily decomposable fatty acids, and then further decompose them into carbon dioxide and water.

2.Product ingredients：Bacillus subtilis, biological enzymes, and nutrients.

3.Product characteristics and specifications：Barreled, powder, net weight of 10kg, effective functional bacterial count of 2 billion CFU/g.

4.Using parameters：

(1) Add 100-200ppm according to the effective pool capacity, and consider the situation of the biochemical system as appropriate;

(2) PH=6-9, the best effect is achieved when approaching 7;

(3) T=10-40 ℃, the growth rate can double for every 10 ℃ increase in temperature (unless otherwise specified); When the temperature is below 5 ℃, the activity will be very low;

(4) Dissolved oxygen (DO): 2-4mg/L;

(5) Sludge concentration (mlss) ≥ 2000mg/L, SVI=70-120.

5.Storage method：Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place below 25 ℃, with a shelf life of two years.

6.matters needing attention：Avoid inhalation or skin contact. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with soap and water. Cannot be used together with antibacterial agents, acids, bases, or other substances that are toxic to microorganisms.
